Q Casino announced today it will re-open to the public on June 1, 2020, at 8:00 am, subject to the final approval of Iowa Racing and Gaming.
We saw Kings of Radio in the Q room. Way smaller than other casino theaters. There were a few tables and chairs scattered in the room but it was mostly standing. The sound was bad. Very disappointing. It was tinny and distorted. The sound guy must have been off that day. Bartenders were friendly. Definitely not a Vegas casino but okay for Dubuque.
As the facility follows the mandates required by state officials, a limited number of amenities will be available. During Phase 1 of re-opening, the Casino will be open from 7:00am – 3:00am daily and closed during the early morning hours for deep cleaning.
“As operations resume, the safety and well-being of both guests and team members remains the first and most important priority. As we comply with local, state and federal guidelines, updated information will be continual communicated. Listed below are the most recent protocols being set as standards for current operations.” Brian Rakestraw, VP and General Manager.
